Shipping & Delivery Policy
Pikaaso offers both digital downloads and physical printed products. The policy below covers how each type of order is delivered, the expected timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Digital delivery
Personalised videos, e-cards, and downloadable design files are delivered electronically. Once your file is ready you will receive:
- A download link by email to the address you provided at checkout.
- For some products, a direct download on the order confirmation page.
Timeline:
- Free templates and pre-made designs: available for download immediately after checkout.
- Personalised / customised orders: typically delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on complexity. Each product page lists its specific turnaround.
Physical shipping
For printed invitations and other physical products, we ship through reputed domestic and international courier partners.
Dispatch window:
- Stocked items: dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Custom / personalised printed orders: dispatched within 3–7 business days after design approval. Each product page lists its specific dispatch window.
Delivery timeline (after dispatch):
- Within India: typically 4–10 business days, depending on location.
- International: typically 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping rates & charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination, and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Express shipping options are available for selected pin codes — rates shown at checkout.
- For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the order total.
Shipping address & delivery attempts
- Please double-check your shipping address, contact number, and pin code before placing the order. We are unable to change the address once the package has been handed over to the courier.
- If a delivery attempt fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unreachable, our courier partner will typically re-attempt once or twice. Repeated failed attempts may result in the package being returned to us; in such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply.
If something goes wrong
Digital order not received: please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find the delivery email after the expected turnaround, contact info@pikaaso.com or +91 8106990869 with your order number, and we will resend the file.
Physical order damaged in transit: please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@pikaaso.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and the damaged item(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Physical order lost in transit: if tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package is declared lost by the courier, we will investigate with the courier partner. If the package cannot be traced within 21 days of dispatch, we will reship the order or issue a full refund.
