Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pikaaso provides digital products only — personalised invitation videos, e-cards, and downloadable design assets. As all products are made-to-order and delivered electronically, the following policy applies.

• You may cancel an order at any time before production begins for a full refund. Production begins when our team starts working on your file.
• Once a designer has started work on your personalised video or card, the order cannot be cancelled.
• For free products, cancellation does not apply.

• If we are unable to deliver the product within the promised timeframe due to issues on our side, a full refund will be issued.
• If you are unhappy with the delivered output, please contact our team at info@pikaaso.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you on revisions; refunds in such cases are considered on a per-case basis.
• Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
