What happens after I make the payment for Video Creation Service.
A mail will be sent soliciting the video specific information and media. Once we receive the information from your end, we will submit the job to the job queue. A draft video will be delivered initially within 4 business days for default templates. If you are all ok with the draft video a final video will be delivered.

To answer straight, our team will be continuously in touch with you until you receive the final video.

I have a concept of my own. Can you create an animation with my concept?
Yes. We charge as per the length and animations of the video. Create a custom animated video.
I want to pay only after I see the draft video!
We do not support this option for paid videos. But rest assured we have 100% money back on our video services if you do not like the draft video. Or you can go through the free videos to create multiple free videos with watermark before making the payment.
How are your videos different?
The videos are a result of high-quality VFX and animation works, handcrafted by our team of VFX engineers for the unique needs of the wedding couples and other occasions. Every video is unique and more importantly stylish.
I am Wedding Business. Do you have special packages for me?
We offer special pricing for business accounts depending on the bulk & volume requirements.
To answer straight, we look at at least 1000 videos per year volume to cater to the special pricing. For more details, please draft a mail to us at video@ipcontext.com.
How many pictures are required for an invitation?
Pictures depend on the template you choose. The same will be mentioned in the videos product page.
Will you provide any software for us to edit the video?
For paid videos, the editing part will be done by us. And for free videos, you can customize by your own on the product page by filling and submitting your details with free of cost. “Note: The free videos will have a watermark of SeeMyMarriage!”
How many days will it take to deliver the video
in straight video delivery depends upon the timeline you select?
If you select a default template from our website, it will take 4 working days to deliver the draft video(without any customizations). For custom videos, we will take upto 10-14 business days to deliver a rough draft.
How will the video be delivered to us?
Viewable link and downloadable links( HD and whatsapp) will be provided through email.
Will the final video contains Watermark/Logo?
For paid videos, the final video will not have the center watermark. Free videos will have the moving watermark on wedding category and some of the other category videos. However “SeeMyMarriage.com” logo will be there at the right corner of the video. To remove the logo, please use the “logo removal” option available on every product page/video delivery page.
What is the procedure after making the payment?
A customization link will be delivered to your email to fill your details and for uploading pictures(if required). The link will have some blanks with examples to fill names, dates, venue and other customization details.
What happens if we delay in submitting the details?
You will be informed twice to submit your details for the video. If there no response then the order will be closed.
What will be the time duration of the video?
We have a different videos with different time frames. You can check our store for the videos.
Can customization be done to the Videos?
Yes. Any sort of customization can be done with some additional amount. Read more. The delivery timeline also gets extended as per the customizations.
Can we change the background music?
Background music can be changed with some additional charge. But ensure the audio is non-copyrighted.
Can we download the videos?
Downloadable links of HD & SD video will be provided for paid videos. For free videos, the download options may vary.
Will you display our video on your site?
The video will be displayed for demonstrative purpose. To remove, please draft a mail with your order/job details. We will replace the video within 7-10 business days since we received your request mail.
How many days will it take to deliver the highlights video?
It will take 5-6 weeks to deliver the highlight videos.
If we provide some photos, can you include them in the video?
Additional photos can be included with additional charge. You can find the picture/basic customization charges on every product page. The customization charges are same for every video.
What if I don’t like your video after I make the payment?
In case you are not happy with the draft video, you can ask one more draft iteration. The money will not be refunded because the customer(you) pay for the product once they liked it. Once you confirm the draft, you will receive HD version of that video.

Where can I customize free videos?

Do the free videos have a watermark?
All videos from wedding category and some from other category will have the moving watermark. You can create unlimited free videos. But, it has a watermark of SeeMyMarriage/VRiddle.
How to remove watermark?
You will find watermark removal option in your video delivery page. In desktops, it appears at right side of the video. For mobiles, it appears at bottom of the video.
Can I remove both logo and watermark from free videos?
Yes, select “remove logo & watermark” option for removing watermark & logo. You can find the charges along with the option.
How long does it take to deliver a free video?
Depends upon the queue, it will take 30 minutes – 3 hours to deliver your free/free-paid video. If you take watermark/logo remove option for free video along with other customization option, the video will be processed in next 24 business hours.
What happens when we cancel order after design delivery ?
Design files will be available to download once delivery
download designs / items don’t accept exchanges or cancellations. Please contact the support about any problems in your order.
