- Use the Track / Download Job link in the top menu.
- Enter your email or job ID.
- Click ‘Track Job Status’.
- It may take up to an hour for the file to be ready after submission.
Remove watermark / logo
- Go to the Track Job Status page; enter your job ID or email and submit.
- In the job-details record, use the watermark-removal options.
- Place the order — the file is delivered automatically within 1 hour.
- No need to call support and wait for a response.
Fix an error
- Go to the Track Job Status page; enter your job ID or email and submit.
- In the job-details record, use the Fix-an-error option.
- Click Submit Error.
- Our support team will rectify the issue and resend the video.
