Quick how-to guides

Download video / design

  1. Use the Track / Download Job link in the top menu.
  2. Enter your email or job ID.
  3. Click ‘Track Job Status’.
  4. It may take up to an hour for the file to be ready after submission.

Remove watermark / logo

  1. Go to the Track Job Status page; enter your job ID or email and submit.
  2. In the job-details record, use the watermark-removal options.
  3. Place the order — the file is delivered automatically within 1 hour.
  4. No need to call support and wait for a response.

Fix an error

  1. Go to the Track Job Status page; enter your job ID or email and submit.
  2. In the job-details record, use the Fix-an-error option.
  3. Click Submit Error.
  4. Our support team will rectify the issue and resend the video.
